William Charles Hume, formerly of Marchmont, in the Township of North Orillia, at present residing in the County of Wicklow, Ireland, has appointed an attorney (Skeffington Connor, of the City of Toronto) for the purpose of executing and delivering a sufficient deed of the following sold parcel of land: a parcel of lot number 2 in the first concession of northern Orillia, in the County of Simcoe, to the Indian Department for a valuable consideration (containing twenty acres and fifty perches).
