Description of Land Sold:

For in consideration of the sum of 150 pounds of lawful money, George Strange Boulton did surrender unto Samuel Peters Jarvis a parcel of land lying in the Township of Alnwick, containing 200 acres and being composed of lot number nineteen in the first concession of the Township of Alnwick. The lands are to be held in trust for the Mississauga Indians residing in Alnwick.
